Check in is at 2:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.
When you arrive, please CHECK IN at the Natural State Fly Shop located across the street from the lodge at 102 Harding Blvd, Cotter, AR 72626.
Please call the check in desk (870) 435-3000 if you expect to arrive after hours, and we will get you set up with your room and access code.
There is parking available in front of all rooms. We also have room for boat parking on the premises. Please let us know when you book if you require special accommodations for boat or large vehicle parking, and we’ll help you out!
We require a $75 deposit per pet ($50 is refundable at end of your stay if there are no damages). If you have a “good boy” it’ll only cost you $25 for your entire stay!
Any cancellation made within 10 days calendar of your reservation is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
